Terms and conditions
1 In the process of continual improvement and updating of products we
reserve the right to alter the design and or specifications of any goods
herein.
2 Whilst we try to deliver goods within 30 days of payment, no responsibility can be accepted for strikes, accidents or delays.
3 All goods must be examined upon receipt and if damaged, faulty upon delivery or not as you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by fax, email or letter to obtain a return reference.
4 We do not exchange or offer refunds any earrings or piercing jewellery whatsoever. Other items will only be exchanged if they have not been worn and the condition is as new - no marks, scratches or blemishes. Return postage and packing will be at the customer's expense.
5 All prices subject to alteration without prior notice and are exclusive of carriage.
6 Tribu does not accept cancellation of orders once they have been paid for.
7 It is company policy to request payment with order. All orders have to be paid pro-forma by cheque, cash or bank transfer. Overseas customers are asked to pay in Sterling.
8 Goods supplied shall be at customers risk immediately on delivery.
9 Any clerical or other error of omission on any text, quotation, pricelist, invoice or other document issued by Tribu shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Tribu
10 If payments are not received within 14 days of placing an order, the order will automatically be cancelled and the items returned to stock.
11 Tribu reserve the right to refuse any sale, enquiry or customer without given reason.
Conditions of use
1 Under no circumstances shall Tribu or its Licensors be liable for any damage caused by items purchased from this website .Always consult a doctor or professional piercer before using our products. Tribu also does not accept liability for the customer's use of our products or any damage to the person resulting there from. We do not make any claim regarding the suitability of our products for any particular piercing, usage or application. In the interest of hygiene earrings and piercing jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded once paid for so please make sure you choose the correct size, material, colour and design before ordering.
2 All contents and materials available on this website are protected by copy rights, trade marks, service marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights and laws.
3 You agree not to sell, license, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, publicly display, publish or create derivative works from the materials, designs or other content of this website without written and signed agreement from one of the owners of Tribu.
